From the Danube and the Balkans to the Arabic Peninsula and the northern shores of Africa, different cultures and their tastes blend in with the Turkish heritage and built an inspiring cuisine.

Turkish cuisine is no longer an exotic mystery, but an open door for further discovery. To better understand how to grasp the concepts of true Turkish dining and to create flavourful masterpieces of your own, this cooking class is an essential stop during your holiday in Turkey.

Spice up your trip with a hands-on Turkish cooking class! It’s time to roll up your sleeves and tie on a Cooking Class apron. Our Cooking Class offers easy, enjoyable, very informative and fun 3-hours Turkish cooking classes to foreign visitors at the restaurant of famous 5 star hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet’s hotel district.

So, let’s meet for a 3-hours course for an amazing journey through the Turkish culture and cuisine. We will prepare a 5 course menu, including classics of the historical Ottoman cuisine and favorites of the traditional Turkish home. Raise a glass with other travelers after class and enjoy our fresh prepared meals for lunch or dinner along with refreshing drinks and Turkish coffee.

We don’t aim to turn you into a professional Turkish chef in just a couple of hours. We want to introduce you to the ingredients typically used in Turkish cuisine and to teach you how to prepare and combine these in different ways than you may be used to, all this in a fun and relaxed setting.

Afterwards, we’ll sit down together to sample these foods with some local wines and pleasant conversation in our restaurant, while other diners start to trickle in.

Turkish Coooking course cost 65 Euro and take place twice each day between 10:30-13:30 and 16:30-19:30.
